Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So the last few weeks the game has been freezing for 1-2 seconds every time I accept a quest or complete a quest. This also happens when I kill a mob and when I loot a mob, but not as consistently. This is becoming very annoying and I haven't heard this acknowledged anywhere by the devs. I know it is not just me because I asked a friend if he had the same issue and he does. Also up until a few weeks ago this did not happen at all.

I have the same issue the first time I accept a quest or turn in a quest each session I play. They seem to go away after that(though I need to do more testing to see if they actually do or if I just get used to to and don't notice). Hopefully this something easy to fix but if not I can adjust.
