Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, i just delivered 60x silk/wool/mageweave to this NPC to gain rep with Darkspear Trolls. Now i should come to the part where i donate 20x runecloth, but she says she wants donations, but i cant donate. anyone know why, is it wrong NPC or is this bugged atm?

You have to do the low-tier cloth turn-ins to the Org NPC as well before repeatable Runecloth opens up for Darkspear. No idea why it's like this, but it is.
