Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,
just installed the client. Really love the work you have put down, and I'm eager to play vanilla style again

But, when logging in I have 1000+ latency, and cant really play.
Is there some settings I can change/test?
Anyone else experiencing this?
Is there a server issue right now and this will go over?
I'm located in Sweden, where is the server hosted? Is this an issue because I'm here in Sweden?

Thanks for a great project anyway, hoping I can experience this as well soon!
