A list of bugs that I've found

  • Can't order pet to attack if target not in line of sight

  • Drain life animation sometimes screws up if you use it more than once.

  • Mobs that can heal themselves are able to heal themselves while fleeing(actually casting it while walking) if they were to start the heal after they started fleeing.

  • Consumables such as potions etc are sometimes not usable, probably something to do with spell GCDs, something to prevent people from using more than 1 consumable at once? Feels weird.

  • Lesser Invisibility Potion just sometimes does not work, you get the buff but it doesn't do anything


  • Can't accept battleground pop when flying (flightpath)
  • Can't accept battleground pop when in combat
  • Can't accept battleground pop if you queued when you were, for example: level 29, but then you dinged 30 while still in queue.

  • Battlegrounds seems to start when there are only 3 or 4 players of each faction in the queue, which makes it so most battlegrounds ends because lack of players. The requirement for a battleground to pop I believe should be 6v6 in WSG, 10v10 in AB & 20v20 in AV(I'm not entirely sure about these numbers though).

  • When you leave a battleground, you're supposed to be ported back to the Queue NPC, right now you get ported out where you accepted the pop.

  • You can't queue for WSG/AB at the portals in Arathi Basin/Ashenvale. A queue window should pop up when you run into the portal.

  • Mob aggro range seems to be a bit off, I remember mobs that were 5+ higher levels than you would used to aggro on a much further distance than what they do now.

  • After having started loading a cast, and the enemy then runs out of range before the cast has been finished, aka the "range forgiveness" seems to be slightly too strict. That's just from my own experience and what I remember, old videos could probably prove this though.


  • The pushback you get from damage while casting a spell seems to be able to push your spell back to below 0(starting point), don't really think that should be possible.

  • Some black raptor(maybe all raptors?) hunter pet seems to be bugged, does more than double the damage of any other hunter pet and hits insanely fast. A horde hunter by the name of "Zykko" uses this pet, so check with him what pet it is.

  • When you gain a speed buff or slow debuff your pet also gets slowed/sped up.

This was how Grounding Totem Worked. Spells such as Fear, Sheep, HoJ, Non-Damaging Curses (Maybe all curses because the totem is immune?), spells that do not do direct damage. They are "Absorbed" by the grounding totem which remains "Alive" but has a cooldown between when it will again give you the "Grounded" buff that will absorb another spell

EDIT: just checked the tooltip, not how I remember it lol! Shouldn't dots be able to land on it then though? Instead of just saying immune?

Regarding the Mana Shield bug, it's not a bug, it only absorbs physical damage in vanilla :)

Alright, seemed to get my memories mixed up with tbc a bit.. Most other bugs I reported though were the same in vanilla & TBC so it should be fine.

working as intended

our patch has not pushback deminishing for sure

working as intended

our patch has not pushback deminishing for sure

I know you can get pushed back pretty much forever in vanilla & TBC but I don't think pushing below starting point is intended, then actually restarting your cast would be faster.

Research will have to be made.
