Interface fubar'd on PvE realm

I was playing on the PvP realm today and decided to log in to my alt on the PvE realm. When I connected, my toolbars were shoved in the corners and are basically unusable. How can I get the default layout back on the PvE realm? My layout for the PvP realm is fine. I tried renaming the WTF folder to no avail.

Solved it!

Realized that I was not running as an admin so that my files were located in

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\WoW112\\WTF\Account\AccountName

I copied the files from a character on the PvP realm into the folder for my character on the PvE realm. Started the game and all is well!
