accidentally sold items [pve]

Hello. I accidentally sold my weapon and shield to a vendor with the following macro while the vendor window was open:

/equip Sacred Protector
/equip Resurgence Rod

I logged out for a bit then logged back to figure this out. I can't repurchace my items. Is it possible to get them back?

Items lost:
Hurd Smasher
Sacred Protector

My character's name is Alkin on the pve server. I probably sold them around 19:00 server time thursday.
