Please do not make duplicate threads, you are simply wasting your time and the devs. You already had this thread open, no reason to make a new one. As you can see, these forums are overloaded with people posting, so it will take time to get to yours. If you're posting here then you need to be patient, if it is that big of an issue then open up a ticket ingame and talk to a GM.
However, this is not something that GMs will be able to assists with. This is not a bug, we are currently playing on a vanilla client that is 10+ years old. It was not optimized for the hardware we have now, and the graphics do run into issues, even with the hardware now. WoW is meant to be played at an FPS cap (unless you have a really strong computer). Just because your monitor is at 144 ghz does not mean that your computer can handle it, you need a really strong CPU and GPU. Since this is happening it shows that your system can't run 144 ghz on vanilla WoW (either because your hardware isn't strong enough, or because the clients old).
Set the FPS cap to 60 and just play, with a game like this you can barely see the difference.
