character got deleted

i started playing on nost when it came out but i stopped playing in between, now again when i wanted to level up i can logon my account but my character is not there, i guess it's deleted

no i mean no one deleted that character cuz no one have that account info it's just me who have it and i created that myself but idk how my character is not there, so i just wanna know do our characters get deleted if we go inactive?

No, characters are not getting deleted.

Can you double-check you are on the correct realm?

Greetings,

There are two realms there: Nostalrius Begins PVP, and Nostalrius Begins PVE. Go to the realm selection list upon logging in to try the other one. Don't accidentally choose one of the test realms though, that could cause you additional problems.

oops i already did that and that's where my character is there i can't login there ie pvp realm, screen is stuck on retrieving character list and on other pve realm i don't have any character
