Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

A couple of months ago I created an account on Nostalrius. A few weeks after that, I tried to start playing, but I had forgotten my password. I tried to log in a few times, with a few different things I thought may have been the password. Then I tried to change the password, and when I entered in the new code a pink box appeared with the words 'bad credentials', and another pink box below it that was empty. I posted a thread about that, but it received no response. Well, yesterday I tried again to make a new password. I received a confirmation message in a green box, but the 'bad credentials' pink box remained. I could not log in with the new password? What do I do?
