Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi! In retail patch 1.10 there was a normaliztion patch for hunters. This made so that slower wepeons with less normalized DPS would not do higher dps than faster weps with a higher base dmg output. This mean that wepeons like bloodseeker from AV would not be stronger than wepeons like Rok'hdelar from Leaf quest.
Does this codeing exist in Nostalrius? Or is Bloodseeker still BiS for hunters until this code is implimented? Would love to know if there is any point in doing the Leaf quests!

AP normalization is working for melee classes (1.8), I haven't checked personally for Hunters, but I see no reason for it not to be currently in-game too, since it's a 1.12 mechanic that is supposed to be in-game since day one on Nostalrius.

indeed, that was my intial thought, but if the normaliztion patch would be active for Hunters, wouldent a wepeon with around 2.90 atk speed be more efficant than a slower wep with lower normal DPS? Exampel Bloodseeker vs Rok'shan?
Im saying this cause some guy said Bloodseeker was BiS for Hunters over Rok'shan, witch wouldent be true if the normaliztion patch would be active :s

Rhok'Delar has indeed a higher damage range, so it should be better than Bloodseeker.

There might be some other thing coming at play here, like the hunter cycle or whatever, that might change things up. I don't know shit about hunters PvE cycle so I won't make any theories.

Indeed, Aimed shot has a 3 sec cast time, and a 6 seconds CD. So aiming for as close as 2.9 - 3.0 sec wepeon timer should be best right?
Bloodseeker has a 3.30 I belive and Ruk has a 2.9, there for even in rotation value Rok should be closer too 3 seconds and there for more value.
Im just intrested cause this priest called me a idiot and noob for not useing Bloodseeker and Im intressted why this is.
