Dealing with scammers and being scammed

What's the proper way to deal with being a victim of scamming? I tried submitting a ticket, but it said "Game Masters do not handle bug reports. Please use our bugtracker and provide sources if possible". It seems as if my ticket was not submitted and it simply directed me here?

Greetings,

take a screenshot of the image and upload it somewhere. Press red questions mark, select "Stuck", "Still stuck, page a GM", explain the issue in the ticket and include the link to the screenshot. We do not reimburse you for lost gold but the scammer will be banned.
