just turned honored with my rogue , but the wsg vendor in the barrens doesnt sel the lvl 19 items like the necklace , the rings, the cloak, i can those items for other lvls tho (28,38,etc)
i thought this was fixed?

bought necklace and ring with my 19 warlock like a week a
