I've been searching online for so long and I have gone through so many articles regarding this issue having no luck finding a solution.
Just so you guys know I've done my due diligence, here are tons of sites I've referred to:

Probably the best explanation of the bug:

Actual YouTube video demonstrating what happens (not made by me):

So what is the issue exactly?
Basically when you click the right mouse button to rotate the camera, occasionally the camera will instantly pivot to some awkward angle, generally looking straight up or directly into the ground. The issue is explained really well in the link above that I labeled with a bold description.
I'm using Windows 10 and this issue seems to have surfaced with the release of Windows 8 and persisted. Does anyone else playing this game using Windows 8/10 experience this problem at all and have you found an actual working solution?
The game is almost so frustrating to play, especially in PvP/Raids because of this issue.
Hardware
Mouse: Steelseries Sensei Raw
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700k
This is not specific to Steelseries or any one mouse, it happens with many different mice made by various manufacturers. The common piece of information I can gather is that it happens with gaming mice.
