Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,
I started playing an old character and noticed that my health regen is almost completely broken. I get about 3 hp per second out of combat at level 7. I'm not sure how to fix this and would love any suggestions. Thanks!
