Baron Aquanis - Blackfathom deeps no longer spawns

Looting the fathom core in blackfathom deeps no longer summons baroin aquanis i ran it 3 times and never got him to spawn

first run i went there we had 3 or 4 people in group taking turns looting the fathom core and baron aquanis never spawned. went back there a couple levels later and only 1 person had the quest for fathom core, and baron aquanis spawned right when it was looted.

Had same problem yesterday. I saw some people with quest reward from Baron Aquanis quest, how can I obtain quest item for it?

Still happening. Shared the quest before we jumped in the water and only 1 person was able to get the core. After that the rock respawned and never comes back.
