Scammed and lost 660g

I have an auction of Beasts Deck on the auction house on my trader character Bromart. Just a few minutes ago I saw in my mailbox what turned out o be a COD of 660 gold that was titled beasts deck. I was tricked by this COD thinking it was my payment for the beast deck. I clicked on it and lost 660 gold! Could you please help me? After clicking the mail all that I got was a blank plain letter with no name on it. Again my bank character's name is Bromart and I was wondering if we could find who scammed me and or return my 660 g?

We are investigating the issue, and the perpetrator will be dealt with appropriately. However, we do not refund or restore lost items/gold.

Thank you so much for the quick response! I figured you couldn't refund the gold. My guild downed Nef and went 8/8 today so I'm feeling better about it. =)

And you can also take some comfort in the fact that the account who tricked you and/or anyone who buys that gold (the only logical reason to COD scam here would seem to be selling it) will earn a permanent vacation from their characters.

Aaand someone just tried the same thing with a different character. Now Auctionhoose sent me a 667g COD. wasnt fooled this time.
