Quest Problem ''Keeping Pace''

i did the quest ''News for Fizzle'' before and in Badlands the quest ''Indurium'' for martek the Exiled that should op the quest which i need ''Keeping Pace'' the goblin in shimmering flats does not give this quest, so i assume it is bugged becouse i did not do anything wrong in my manner, so please help?
