Account: Unable to Connect (not the usual bug, please read)

So far I've been playing the last six days on my account. Now, I cannot log in to the account anymore: name "overlock". It says i am unable to connect. I can however log in on a different account no problem, which leads me to believe the account is locked somehow..
Would love some help as my beloved char is on that account!
