Gamemasters are currently very busy and there are a lot of open cases.
They do reviews of bans, forum moderation, ticket support, etc in their freetime.
That means, they also have a reallife and a real job which they're giving priority to.
Be patient and wait for a gamemaster or admin to review your case.
