Still Banned

The other day I was banned for alleged 'gold trafficking' and made a forum post about it, but all I got was a copy/paste response telling me that the account had been permanently banned. Today I saw a post by Daemon that there had been some kind of error in the tracking system, so was wondering if my account was among those affected by it.
My character, Zulubbi (Nostalrius PvP), has neither bought nor sold gold, and if I received any gold which had been illegitimately obtained, it was over the in game auction house and against my knowledge.
I've put a lot of work into levelling on this server and enjoyed it very much so far, but would like those 300 hours or so not to have been wasted.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and if it turns out that I did something against the terms of service, I will make a new account and attempt to rectify that, but I remain adamant that I have followed the terms and conditions as shown on the website.
