mail bug, lost mail

i sent barbaric bracers with 7stam enchant to my alt, i added my alt to the friendslist to make sure that i sent it to the right one, i sent the mail around 5pm ST today, i have not recieved the mail yet, other items that i sent from the same account as imfao, but on a banker arrived(6pm) with 1 hour delay as they should have.

when i had waited 2 hours(7pm) i checked the mailbox on imfao again.. i still had my alt on the firends list, but when i typed in iil to get the option to select my alts full name; iillillilill i got an error instead, and the typical error pling-sound, the error message said mailerror: strupper or something, when i first sent the item i got no error when i typed in iil and found the name iillillilill instantly

now at the time as i type this the mailbox finds the name iillillilill in my friendslist as i just type in "iil" so that bug/error is gone

edit: now 00:00 when i try to type iil into the mailbox i dont get the option to send mail to anyone who has a name that starts with iil, again..

now it happened again when i sent a mail to another player

this wierd error sound comes up after youve typed 3-4 letters of their name and then this message comes up in the errortracker or w/e
