Improved Life Drain does not work
Posted: Sun Mar 08, 2015 3:06 amAt rank 2 the spell is supposed to drain 18-19 HP per second. 5/5 Life Drain is 10% extra drainage, meaning it should drain for 20-21 HP (if it rounds up).
The spell only drains 18HP baseline. It doesn't even tick for 19.
