Files Patch.mqp and Terrain.mpq corrupted

I did 3 download clients available here and they all came with the "Patch.mpq and Terrain.mpq" corrupted. I do not know what to do, I have no friend close enough to pick up the files via USB, already installed and re installed the game and nothing so far, come here to try their luck, no longer know what to try! I also tried to lower another server just for files missing and nothing! Be what God want to or not! Any help is welcome provided it is not abandoning this server!
