Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Arcane missiles are not procing clearcast correctly. Currently only the initial cast of the spell is procing clearcast. That is incorrect. Every channel tick of Arcane missiles should have a chance at procing clearcasting. It is extremely game breaking for arcane mages not to have this in the game because it is really the core feature of the talent tree.

At level 27 i respect from frost to arcane and now im left with a severely gimped character. I doubt ill play till I can either have my talents changed back for free or the bug is fixed.
