Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My chat was blocked for 350 Years after posting my regular enchanting ad in world chat.
I cant communicate with my guild, friends or anything else.

Is this a Bug? If so please fit it. This is really gamebreaking.
