Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have not played in several months and never had any issues/warnings/suspension related to my account. Several friends decided to check out Nostalrius and I was able to log into my account without issue.

However all of my characters are missing from my account, including my main, 50 druid named Tagrung.

I have read several posts that people logged into the wrong account, so I will try again to verify the info when I get home in a few hours. I was unable to make another character with the same name, so I am hopeful I'm in error.

Can someone at least verify the character is alive and well? Is there no account login/pw recovery option?

Please check and double-check you are on the correct realm, since there are now *two* realms to chose from.

GM's does not restore deleted characters, so hopefully it is just the realm selection gone wrong.

The account and characters were created at the beginning of the project. I've never made anything on the pve server

Mimma was asking you to double check the realm you have selected when you log into World of Warcraft. In the upper right hand section of the game (after you log in with your username and password) there is a "Change Realm" button. Select that and just verify that you have "Nolstairus" selected and not "NostalriusPvE" or any of the Test Realms.

I know - I already assumed you started on the PvP server. That server was named "Nostalrius Begins" when it started in February.

But when the PvE server was launched, the PvP server changed name to "Nostalrius begins PvP". This will make your old .wtf file point to an invalid entry ("Nostalrius Begins"), and you will be sent to the realm selection screen.

If you just click "OK", it will per default use the first realm - which is the PvE realm. THAT is why I ask you to double-check you are indeed on the correct (PvP) realm and not the PvE one.

Yes i logged into pvp AND also checked the other server. No characters anywhere
