Rogue Glitch?

Hi,
I just started on this server. I have played alot before on what you all retail. I rolled rogue and cannot equip anything other than a dagger in main hand, and nothing in offhand. Is this a bug or something with vanilla Im not used to? I started playing after vanilla, in BC.

You need to be level 10 to get dual wield
