Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just started playing Nostalrius again, and my latency is consistently 1000+
The best it will be is around 500. Consistently everything will freeze besides my character, I can still move around but get stuck in casting animation. It will come unfrozen around a minute later and I'll be dead.

I played Nostalrius a a few months ago for quite a while and always had a great connection besides the occasional disconnect. Nothing about my connection has changed as far as I know.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Hmm try it with another computer in your network, or try your current computer on someone else's network (a friends network or something).

Have you tried to scan your computer by antivirus ?
