My email account got closed and I would like to update my New email and change my Password I don't know what happened to it I think i got hacked How do i change my password?

I got the same problem. My E-Mail Account got closed and now i've got no chance to edit my password or E-Mail my account's using?

This can't be okay. So if i lost my E-Mail Account i won't be able to change my password anymore?

Is my account getting inactive after i did not logged in for a few month? Will it be lost forever if i do so?

Please GM answer on this.

If you have access to your characters, you can still change the password in game:

To be ultra-super-duper clear about this, because it took me a minute to get it right myself, here's what ya gots to do.

Go by yourself, ungrouped into an instance. I went into SW stockade.

If my old password was fishstick, and I want the new one to be bellybutton...this is what I would /say exactly:

.account password fishstick bellybutton bellybutton

you will get a confirmation on your screen.

I tried it before i typed in my last reply... It worked before, but not anymore...

So please, i need a feedback from a GM here, because i don't want to play my account anymore, if it won't work to change the password and/or the mail address.

You got an answer already from Pottu. Everything is tied to your email.

will this ever be changed? :'(

I mean, if you change to way, how to change your accounts password, there must be way to change your e-mail...

I know it's completely my fault, but i want to play my main, just raised 60 and got my pre-raid ready
