Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I accidently deleted my raene's cleansing quest that started from Kolg, and my dartols rod was removed with it, Kolg is agro to me and the dryad doesnt have a replacement for me. How can i get the quest/item back?
