I didnt know vanilla had addons to show hp...
Didnt even know GMs could help you fix an addon..

I don't see any problem there.
The left number is the actual HP and the right one is the percentage (which can only be 100% max)

Just look into the addon options if you can find a setting for displaying HP + %

some other private servers have decided to allow addons to show accurate HP information which was not possible on vanilla WoW servers, a policy that we try our best to follow. Thus here all addons that show enemy health either use an internal database or estimate the HP from damage dealt to the mob in question. This means that when you target a mob, your frames will either show a percentage or a numeral value pulled from a database that might or might not be correct. In any case, as soon as you start attacking the mob, the value will be very close to correct one.
