My bf crafted Robe of Winter Night for me yesterday with my mats, wrapped it up with the new christmas wrapper. I unwrapped it and equipped it and it was soulbond. Then we made 2 runs to DM East and Scholomance. I'm sure that I was still wearing it when I logged out yesterday.

Today when I logged in, it disappeared and I was standing there naked Please help!

I read the threads and the user zorio has exactly the same issue too, please help, it is a gift from bf, I'm poor and spent 70g for mats on this robe and it is my most precious gear Probably a bug with the christmas wrapper. I feel like crying

Apparently there is a bug with wrapped gifts.

Normaly Gamemasters don't recover lost Items, but I don't know how they're going to decide in this case.

If a gamemaster got time, he'll probably investigate your case.

Thanks a lot for help! How to contact a gamemaster? I have also submitted an in-game support ticket, but got no replies yet.

Then you cannot do more than wait for an answer. Remember that GM's are busy, so anything between 15 minutes and a couple of days - usually only a few hours from my experience.

Gamemasters are always a bit busy since there are a lot of players around who need help.

Gamemasters are doing that in their freetime btw, they don't get paid for that. They got a reallife job which they're giving priority to.

When they have time, they'll investigate your ticket/thread. You just have to be patient

OK, thanks guys! I will just wait for a gamemaster then, hope they will help me get the robe back. Mainwhile I will bump this thread so that it doesn't sink.

And for everyone who sees this, please avoid using the christmas wrappers until the problem is solved as it is the likeliest cause imo.

The chances of GM doing anything about this are slim to none. You're obviously on the pvp realm, are you on ally side? If so what is your toon name there?

I am on horde Selenalmao or ally ayySelena, I hope GM at least notices and waiting for their reply, and people would take a look and stop using wrappers, gotta farm for days again for gold haha

Who is missing the robe? Horde toon or ally toon?
