addons and interface options reset on log out

2 days ago, every time i log out of the game and switch toons, all my addons and the instant quest text reset. is this happening to anyone else. I have not added any new addons lately. with all my addons off, the instant quest text still resets.

i even deleted everything in the addon folder. when I check everything in the interface option and log out and back in, many things uncheck them selves. like the instant quest text and some of the stuff under it, will I have to reinstall the game?

Greetings,
please move your vanilla client away from Program Files. It's best to use C:\Games\Nostalrius or something similar instead as this means that Windows is not trying to protect it.

.. or simply run the game as Administrator.
