Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

A few days ago I had Felcloth Gloves Crafted and I equipped them as well as 2x Brilliant Wizard Oil. They were given to me wrapped. I logged on my character does not have the gloves equipped and my Brilliant Wizard Oil is missing.

I opened a ticket yesterday and still have had no response from a GM. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
