Item Disappeared after Crash

Completed the deadmines around 12:00am est. Finally won a cruel barb and my game crashed after exiting the dungeon. When I logged back in the sword was not there . I understand I don't have much evidence to prove anything but it was just really disappointing.

I am sorry for your loss, but GM's does not recover items lost due to server crashes.

There are some exceptions for end level items (read the FAQ for more info), but Dead Mines is not end level, and from what I read you did not experience a server crash, but a client crash.

Ah that's unfortunate. I figured it was a longshot, thanks for the info though.
