Is it allowed for mages to make food/water for their own alts, if they trade it through an intermediary player and do not account share/multibox/multi-login in order to send it? In my view it's a pretty similar case as having a warlock alt just for soulstones, which is allowed. But I wanted to make sure.

Yes, you can have your mage alt make water for your main if this is done in a main city.
