Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So i did the first part of this quest where you need to kill the one elemental for its bracer (or whatever you need from it) and then I turned in the quest @ the brazier...Picked up the next quest but I didn't talk to the elemental in time before I lost the sapta that allows me to see him... Where do i get another sapta?

there's a troll npc nearby that place on spf that gives you another sapta
