Can't Loot the Arena Master Quest Item in STV

Twice now on my level 19 character, Daktronic, I've tried to loot the Arena Master item from the chest in the STV arena, but the chest appeared empty to me. However, my group members could clearly see the item and were able to in fact loot it, after I had given up after a number of tries and client reboots. I am asking if the GMs can see if there is something wrong with my account that's preventing me from looting this item, and also if they would consider reimbursing me for those two lost Arena Master items. Really, any help at all with this would be appreciated, reimbursement or not. Oh by the way, I've looted 3 before, but for some reason 4 and 5 have been bugged out.

Have you tried looting it with all your addons off? Maybe it's some addon issue

The reason you could not see it is because its a quest item and you were in a raid group, it happened to many ppl and is not a bug, try being in a group or solo next time

I was in a group, not a raid.
