Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I recently bought a Dell XPS 15 9550. The graphics cards it uses is a Nvidia GTX 960m. I'm experiencing terrible diagonal screen tearing from the top left of the screen to the bottom right. It makes the game almost unplayable. I updated the newest nvidia driver and turned on Vsync in and out of the game. Any ideas on how to fix this problem
