My registered mailbox is wrong, may i change it?

I am a huge fan of Nostalrius, now i have 2 60 level characters in PVP and 1 50 level character in PVE, They are all like my sons.
There is an issue here, my registered mailbox should be [email protected](my account is 284272113 ), but when i try to change my password by https://en.nostalrius.org/password, there is always error: "The username or the email is wrong"
So, would you kindly help me on this issue?
