Thanks very much for the reply that takes a load off my back. a few more questions. I got my father who I am living with to download the game on his PC is there any way I can get banned for playing with him. Were on different computers in different rooms. Can we get banned for leveling together. Can we get if I run him down a dungeon on my PC?

I know theses seem like stupid questions but I read a post on the forums about a guy who got banned for having a lan party.

I really love this server and do not want to do anything in that will in anyway get me banned.

nobody got banned for having a LAN party - people who multibox and bot often lie to cover their tracks. Playing from the same IP-address is not a problem. A GM might check up on you, that's all. Just make sure that your father is actually playing his character and not just /follow on yours.

Don't wanna open a new topic, so just posting my question here.

My Brother want's to play on nost and to play with me. But he's only at the weekends at home and the rest of the week he is working and travels alot through the country, so he would only enable to play on his Laptop at the Hotel when he's not at home. My question is: can he may get in trouble for using such different IP's ?

Yes, this can actually cause trouble if IP changes alot.
I am not sure how their IP location check works, but I am pretty confident that GM's won't tell you how
