Hello there,
I got a question regarding in-game ticket system. My ticket is opened for more than a week already and about 4 days ago time to times I started getting the following notification in game chat:


But the ticket status remains opened and the only available options are:


Should I wait for a response more or some kind of an error has occured?

I am experiencing the same exact thing. I had an open ticket and out of nowhere i received this message.

Your ticket has been edited with a response.

When i opened ticket to check there was no response. When i click either save changes or exit, I receive another message.

This ticket has already been completed. Please open a new one.

Help?

Just click edit my ticket and the reply will be under your own ticket.
