Lag issues

So I've been playing on this server for 2 straight months now no problem, but as of today about 8 hours ago I started getting really bad lag spikes, but they wouldn't go away. I tried closing the game and relaunching, I've restarted my computer. It's fine for a couple seconds when I'm at 160 or so in the green, then it shoots up to 11K in the red and just stays there.
I know it can't be bandwidth issues, there's pretty much someone always on netflix in the house and it was fine for the past 2 months, but now there's issues.
I hope someone can diagnose this problem.
