Pet Bug in BG

So i joined an AV , both of my pets where in the stable.
Then after i died i respawn with a copy of my lvl 60 "The rake", but the copy has bite rank1 and like 136 health, when it dies and i try to revive it , it despawns before. THen when i use call pet hes alive again but still with 136 health, and also not showen as "pet" when i press "C" (Characterinfo)
After the bg was done i tried to abandaon this copycat didnt work. Also i cant change it with my pets in the stable. so im stuck with a bugged pet for now, any ideas how to fix it?
