Tried deleting WDB and renaming WTF, did not work.

Problem is persistent on multiple accounts and multiple computers.

Is the login server just having trouble receiving certain people right now?

this depends on your firewall settings. You need to allow the 1.12.1 version of wow.exe access through the firewall. The ports that it requires are listed in the Support stickies.
