Paladin Redemption Quest, and 'afking'

As of my ability of a dyslexia i can't write as fast as everyone and i do have to look up some grammar and re-write sometimes to not be called retard etc. Was in this a AB and talked to a friend about pre-bwl quest and about where to start it and i did explain to him i short but there was this guy Krivin who didn't get my heal so he died ofc. he wrote to me that i was reported for afking.
Thought to myself well, i am not being that afk just that fight, and i tabbed down from wow to check the guys exact name scarshield quartermaster. But when i tabbed up i had been kicked from BG by a GM and he gave me a warning for afking? I was never Away from keyboard? I feel insulted but what do you care right?
Of course you should take care of true afk ppl having button pressers to not go afk after 5 min as intended.
I am disappointed and sad about the way you handle people here at your server.
Especially! If you have committed two month of a real persons life to reach level 60.
And then to the very nice thing about this non significant post is that i asked the GM for some REAL help, about the bugged Redemption quest that i can't do or take. (literally i can't even resurrect people as a level 60 paladin) He's response was that there's >probably< someone working on it maybe. He also let me know that there was nothing he could do really?.....

This quest seems to be bugged in the way that it cannot be taken or completed if you are above 20/(16).

Going to bed feeling betrayed by the very thing i held dear for long, and wondering if it was all just that much off a waste of time
