Forget the email name for the account

Hi, GM!
Last week i register a account, now i am 10 lvl, but i can't remember the email name for the account, the email is also register last week, what should i do to get the email name?
I also send the message in the game by help request [stuck]

GM's never give out e-mail addresses.
