Chen's Empty Keg

Hello,

I am having a strange issue with the Chen's Empty Keg quest from Ratchet. Although the quest giver has a yellow exclamation point over his head, I am unable to get the quest. When I click on him, the NPC is acting as though I am already on the quest, and shows the list of items necessary for completion. The problem is, I do not have the quest, and when i attempted to farm the items necessary to see if that would work, none of the items necessary for completion drop.
Is there a way to "reset" the quest with this line? or anything else i can do?

Greetings,

make sure you don't have the Chen's Empty Keg in your bank or inventory. When you've certain of that, close your game client and delete the WDB folder inside your client. You should now be able to talk to the NPC and get the quest or alternatively re-loot the Keg.

Nope. Did not work. Checked account and made sure did not have the keg in either bags or bank. Deleted the WDB folder. Same issue

I had the same problem. After i cancelled that quests i was simply unable to take it again. The only way to fix it is to ask someone to share it to you - that worked for me.
