Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm only able to type in /say or /1 maybe once before i'm not able to anymore. I've tried relog but ended up still not being able to type in chat. I even reinstalled and everything, still no luck though. It's happened to other players too and I was wondering if this was already known and is being worked on. Thanks for taking the time to ready

From what I can gather, your interactions with public chat is limited -- that is to say, you can only use /say, /me, and /csay once in a while -- until Level 10. I could be wrong on this though, but it seems to be a safety measure to keep people from popping in, spamming websites, and leaving like they do on the Live servers.
