Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, I recently logged in and had to relog to enable an addon - however, when I tried to go back on the character, it got stuck at retrieving character list. I then proceeded to restart the game multiple times, to no avail.

Is the server down atm? If not, how can I fix this?
